Breast Implant

Breast augmentation uses implants to enhance volume, restore fullness lost after weight change or pregnancy, or improve balance between the breasts. Implant type, shape, size and placement are chosen together with you, so the result feels proportionate to your frame and suits your lifestyle.

Why consider it

  • Enhances volume and natural fullness
  • Improves symmetry and proportion
  • Restores fullness after pregnancy or weight loss
  • Implant type and size tailored to your frame

Who it's for

Augmentation suits people who would like more volume or improved symmetry and who are in good general health with realistic expectations. It is also chosen to restore fullness after breastfeeding or weight loss. We assess your frame, tissue and goals to recommend an approach that looks natural for you.

What the procedure involves

After a detailed consultation, you can try sizers to help choose a natural, proportionate result. The implant is placed through a discreet incision, either under the breast tissue or partly under the muscle, depending on your anatomy and the look you prefer. The plan, implant choice and placement are all agreed with you in advance.

Recovery & downtime

Light activity usually resumes within days, while strenuous exercise is avoided for several weeks as the tissues heal and the result settles. A supportive garment is worn during early healing. We provide a clear aftercare plan and scheduled reviews so recovery is well supported.

Risks & considerations

Implants are long-lasting but not necessarily lifelong, and periodic monitoring is advised. Risks include changes in sensation, scarring, or — less commonly — issues that may need further attention over time. We explain the options, benefits and risks fully so you can make an informed, unhurried decision.
