From there, we either map out a plan we genuinely believe in, or honestly tell you when a procedure isn't the right fit. You receive a written, itemised quote before any commitment, with no pressure to decide on the day.

After you send us a message, our team replies on WhatsApp — typically within the same working day during clinic hours. We confirm the time you prefer, send you the clinic address with a Google Maps link, and let you know what to bring (a make-up free face for skin consultations, or a list of your current medications). If you'd prefer to call, our team speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Chinese.
Visiting us in Desa Sri Hartamas
Our clinic is at Lot 22-1, Wisma Rapid, Jalan 30/70A, in the heart of Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. Plaza Damas and Hartamas Shopping Centre are within walking distance, and we are a short 5–10 minute drive from Mont Kiara. Complimentary parking is available within the Wisma Rapid building, and our front desk is happy to help coordinate transport for patients arriving from further afield.
