Cell Light Therapy
Cell light (LED) therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to calm, rejuvenate and support the skin. It is a gentle, relaxing treatment with no downtime, often combined with facials or used after other procedures to support recovery and overall skin quality.

Who it's for
LED therapy suits people looking to improve dullness or congestion, support post-treatment recovery, or simply maintain healthy-looking skin with a gentle, non-invasive option. It is well tolerated by most skin types and is a good complement to other treatments.
What the procedure involves
After cleansing, the chosen wavelength of light is applied to the skin in a comfortable, relaxing session. Different wavelengths support different concerns, and we select and combine them based on your skin. It is frequently paired with a facial or scheduled as a short course.
Recovery & downtime
There is no downtime — the treatment is relaxing and you can return to your day immediately. Benefits build gently with a regular course, and we advise a sensible frequency for your skin and goals. There is no enforced downtime — most patients return to work or makeup straight after a session. Mild warmth on the skin for an hour or two is normal and not a cause for concern.
Risks & considerations
LED therapy is gentle and its effects are supportive and gradual rather than dramatic; it works best as part of a wider skin plan. We will set realistic expectations and combine it sensibly with other treatments where helpful. In our own practice, we find cell light therapy works best as part of a regular skin plan rather than a one-off session — three to six weekly sessions usually mark a visible turning point. Sun protection between sessions makes a real difference to outcomes, and any product with strong actives (high-percentage retinol, aggressive acids) should be paused for 48 hours either side.
